- General
conditions:
We
rent our apartments for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to
Saturday. Each quotation includes household linen, final
cleaning and the assistance of our staff during check-in and
check-out, electricity, water, heating, gas and telephone. In
some periods we are entitled to rent the apartments for a
minimum of 14 nights. For any request of shorter rentals (starting
from a minimum of 3 nights), please do not hesitate to contact
us. Our company has special offers for 3 and 7 nights stays in
Venice when reserving 30 days or less before arrival. We accept
reservations for a number of nights not multiple of 7 only upon
request. All apartments are classified in 4 stars**** depending
on their services, terraces, view, elevator and quality
standard.

- Payment
and booking conditions:
Our
database will accept a reservation on the basis of the
apartments'availabity. We consider a reservation valid after the
payment of the account (30% of the total amount) has been
effected by credit card (Visa, Master Card). The remaining 70%
of the rental must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.
For all bookings made within 30 days before arrival, you will
have to pay the total amount at the reservation by credit card.
………..SERVER SECURETY ETC. After the settlement of the
payment, Molino Stucky Palace will send to you via e-mail the
reservation voucher as a receipt.

- Arrival
and departure:
Molino
Stucky Palace will give you your apartment's address and the
exact directions in order to reach it after the payment of the
total amount. Remember to contact our staff in order to fix a
time for a meeting at the apartment. You can also see the exact
position of your apartment in our web site home page clicking
"map search". Upon request, our staff will meet you in
Piazzale Roma (bus terminal) or at the railway station and take
you to the apartments. For this transfer we will charge an extra
fee. Remember to send us all the details concerning your arrival
at least 7 days in advance. The transport with taxi boat or
public boat is not included. The check-in is possible from 14.30
to 19.30. For delays of half an hour and over on the agreed time
you must contact our Venice office (041/5285862) or our Venice
representatives (you will find the phone numbers on the
reservation voucher). If you fail to do so, we are allowed to
charge you the surcharge for late arrival. Requests for
night-time arrivals (later than 7.30 p.m.) have to be accepted
and confirmed by Molino Stucky Palace. In this case you will
have to pay a surcharge for extra office hours service. A person
of our staff will meet you directly at the apartment, will show
you the house and how things work, will ask for the security
deposit , will read the telephone inventory and ask to sign it.
If you find that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must
report it at the latest within 12 am of the day after the
arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such
item. In case of services not included in the rental price, our
representative is allowed to cash the agreed amount or to
withhold the security deposit until you will settle everything.
Consider that some apartments have no telephone, so make sure to
make all arrangements for the departure upon arrival. Otherwise,
you must get in touch with our representative to arrange the
hour for your check-out at least one day before your departure.
The apartment must be vacated within 10.30 a.m. of the departure
day.

- Security
deposit:
A
refundable security deposit is required against possible damage
or losses. It is payable to our representative by credit card:
Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners. Molino Stucky
Palace will not give the apartment keys to those who will not
pay the security deposit. If you leave earlier than 8.00 am or
in any case before the term agreed upon we are authorised to
keep the deposit until we check the apartment to ascertain that
nothing has been damaged. Afterwards our representative will
send you the deposit by mail.

- Party
size:
We
are entitled to refuse admittance to a number of persons
exceeding that on the booking form or exceeding the number of
beds of each apartment. Nobody else is admitted to stay in our
apartments without our authorisation.

- Cleaning:
You
will find your apartment clean and tidy and you must make sure
that it will be in good conditions when you leave. The apartment
must be left in order and free of garbage. The refrigerator must
be emptied and kitchenware must be washed up. On the contrary,
you will be requested to pay an extra charge of euro 45,00. If
you request extra household linen and
extra cleaning
, Molino Stucky Palace will communicate to you the prices
depending on the apartment you have reserved.

-Cancellation
fees:
If
you cancel a reservation you will be charged one of the
following penalties depending upon the date of your written
notification:
30%
up to 45 days before your arrival
50%
from 44 to 30 days
100%
less than 30 days

- Rules
for clients:
All
building rules and regulations must be observed. Between 1 p.m.
and 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. apartment occupiers shall not
make any loud noise. Animals are not admitted in the lodgings
unless other agreements have been taken. In the event that you
do not follow Molino Stucky Palace 's and the building rules and
regulations ( such as noise during the mentioned hours, etc.),
our firm reserves the right to drive you immediately away from
the apartment without having to refund you. Moreover, Molino
Stucky Palace will require a payment for any damage caused. In
case you require the presence of our staff during your stay for
reasons such as losing the apartment's keys, forgetting the keys
inside the apartment or causing an electricity black out due the
wrong use of some electrical household appliance (i.e. hairdryer)
that you can not settle by your self, we will be allowed to
charge you the following surcharges:
